Corporations - We provide general corporate services to our corporate and business clients, including incorporation or organization, general contract review and general corporate services. We prepare shareholder agreements, such as buy-sell agreements and stock redemption agreements. We also represent clients in the purchase and sale of businesses, including stock sales and asset sales.

Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies - We organize and prepare both general and limited partnership agreements and operating agreements for limited liability companies.

Fees - Fees for corporate and business related work are generally done on an hourly basis, except for initial incorporations and partnership and limited liability company organizations, which are often done on a fixed fee basis.
